The Hendersonville Board of REALTORS® is a trade Association which was chartered in 1947 and issued by the National Association of REALTORS®. Our Association is comprised of REALTORS® and other professionals in related industries united in purpose and dedicated to providing knowledgeable and ethical real estate services to consumers and fellow REALTORS®. The Hendersonville Board of REALTORS® strives to provide its members with programs and services which enhance the member's ability to successfully conduct their business in a competent and ethical manner, to promote cooperation among its members, and to promote the public's right to use and transfer real property.  The Association also participates in lobbying efforts of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® and the North Carolina Association of REALTORS® on issues affecting property rights and the Real Estate industry in general.

Vanessa served as Secretary/Director of the Hendersonville Board of Realtors®. Her loving smile and vivacious spirit will forever be missed, and a great void will be left in the community, but will be carried on through the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.

HBOR 2010 Realtor of the Year: Mike Kubica

The Hendersonville Board of REALTORS® have announced their 2010 Realtor of the Year, Mike Kubica of RESPEC, LLC,  Real Estate SPECialists

Mike Kubica has been a Realtor in Hendersonville since 1993 and served on State, National and Local Associations.  Mike Kubica was President of the Board in 1998, Region 9 V.P. in 2000 - 2002 and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of The Hendersonville Board of REALTORS®.  Mike also recieved the Realtor of the Year award in 2000.  We congratulate Mike Kubica, as our 2010 Realtor of the Year.
